The company brain

Every company has a brain. Wikai makes yours usable.

The processes, decisions, and know-how scattered across your team — that's your company brain. Wikai gives it a home: written down with AI at your side, connected into a living graph, kept true over time, and served back with citations to every person and AI agent who asks.

Capture

Knowledge gets written the moment it exists — Atlas suggests the next line, continues drafts, and summarizes every page.

Connect

Pages, people, and spaces form a live knowledge graph, and Wikai suggests the links you haven't made yet.

Stay true

Freshness tracking and health scans flag stale, duplicate, and broken content before it misleads anyone.

Serve

People ask Atlas and get cited answers; your AI agents tap the same knowledge over MCP. One brain, every consumer.

Everything a company wiki should do — with AI doing the heavy lifting

The knowledge is your team's. The writing, finding, connecting, and maintaining? Atlas helps with all of it.

Write with AI beside you

Ghost-text completions as you type, a one-click “continue writing,” and slash commands for headings, lists, code, callouts, and checklists. Paste images straight from your clipboard.

Ask Atlas, get cited answers

Ask anything in plain language. Atlas answers from your wiki — and only your wiki — citing the exact pages it drew from, so trust is one click away.

A knowledge graph, not a folder tree

Type [[ to link pages while you write. Wikai maps pages, people, and spaces into a live graph and even suggests connections you haven't made yet.

Knowledge that stays healthy

Every page tracks freshness. Wikai automatically flags stale docs, likely duplicates, and links that point at deleted pages — with a prioritized queue to fix them.

AI summaries on every page

Each page carries an up-to-date AI summary so readers get the gist in seconds — regenerated on demand as content evolves.

Team workspaces, isolated by company

Spin up a workspace, share one invite link, and collaborate. Data is scoped per company; plans are flat per workspace, not per seat.

Connect your AI agents

Point Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP agent at your wiki and it works grounded in your team's real docs — included on every plan. Workspace-scoped, revocable tokens, read-only by default; on Pro & Ultra, trusted agents can file what they learn as new pages too.

API docs live in the wiki

Drop an OpenAPI spec into any page and get a full API reference — endpoints grouped by tag, schemas, code samples, and a try-it playground. Searchable by your team, readable by your agents. On Pro & Ultra.

Frequently asked questions

What is Wikai?

Wikai is an AI-native company wiki — a knowledge base where your team documents processes, decisions, and know-how. Unlike a traditional wiki, AI is built into every layer: writing, search, answers, and maintenance.

What is a company brain?

A company brain is a centralized, always-current layer of your organization's knowledge — processes, decisions, and know-how — that both people and AI agents can query and trust. Unlike a traditional wiki, it stays fresh automatically, connects related knowledge, and answers questions with citations instead of leaving you to dig.

Is Wikai a company brain?

Yes — that's exactly what Wikai is built to be. Your team writes knowledge with AI at its side, Wikai connects it into a live graph and keeps it healthy over time, and Atlas serves it back with citations — to your team in the app, and to your AI agents over MCP.

Who is Atlas?

Atlas is the AI agent inside Wikai. It suggests text while you write, answers questions using only your workspace's pages (with citations), summarizes every page, and continuously audits your wiki for stale, duplicate, or broken content.

Do I need my own AI API key?

On the Free plan, you connect your own Anthropic API key and AI features run on it — your key never leaves your browser's local storage except to make your requests. On Pro and Ultra, Wikai manages the AI for your whole team: no keys, no setup.

Is my company's data isolated?

Yes. Every company gets its own workspace, and all pages, search, AI answers, and graphs are scoped strictly to it. Teammates join only through your workspace's invite link, which you can regenerate at any time.

Can I connect Claude Code or other AI agents to my wiki?

Yes — every workspace, including Free, gets a secure MCP endpoint, so Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible agent can search and read your wiki as grounded context. Every token is scoped to your workspace and revocable at any time; tokens are read-only by default, and on Pro and Ultra you can mint read + write tokens so trusted agents can add pages to your wiki too.

How does pricing work?

Flat per-workspace pricing, billed monthly or yearly via Stripe — no per-seat math. Free covers up to 3 members and 50 docs, with AI on your own Anthropic key. Pro is $79/month (or $790/year — two months free) for up to 10 members with managed AI. Ultra is $149/month (or $1,490/year) for unlimited members. Every new workspace starts with 14 days of Pro included — no credit card needed.
