Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Wikai at wikai.wiki, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Wikai on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Wikai is an AI-native company wiki: a workspace where teams create, organize, and search knowledge, with AI features (writing assistance, cited answers, summaries, and knowledge-health monitoring) provided by Atlas, our built-in AI agent powered by Anthropic's Claude models.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Each account belongs to one workspace. Workspace owners control invites, billing, and plan changes.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for who you invite — invite links grant access to your entire workspace.

You (or your company) own the content you create in Wikai. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service — including sending relevant excerpts to our AI provider to power Atlas features. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share it with other customers.

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• No attempts to breach workspace isolation, probe, or disrupt the service.
• No reselling or providing access to the service to third parties outside your workspace.
• No abusive automated usage that degrades the service for others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• Free — one member per workspace; AI features require your own Anthropic API key.
• Pro ($49/month per workspace) — up to 10 members and managed AI.
• Ultra ($99/month per workspace) — unlimited members and managed AI.

Paid plans are billed per workspace (not per seat), monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the workspace returns to the Free plan (existing content is never deleted on downgrade, but features above the Free limits stop working). We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. Atlas answers are grounded in your workspace content and include citations, but you should verify important information before relying on it. If you use your own Anthropic API key, your use of that key is governed by your agreement with Anthropic, and its usage costs are yours.

You may stop using Wikai and request deletion of your account and workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, and will make reasonable efforts to let you export your content first unless the violation prevents it.

Wikai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
